How is Ceburu pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on a few inputs: the number of endpoints under monitoring, which platform modules you enable (APM, NPM, AIOps, Infrastructure, Security & SIEM), your deployment model, and your support tier. We'll quote a flat annual price tailored to your environment — no metered overage surprises.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a guided trial that includes a live walkthrough with our engineering team, a sandboxed deployment connected to your environment, and a 14-day evaluation window. Trials are scheduled — request one through the demo form and we'll arrange it.
Do you charge per user or per endpoint?
Per endpoint. Users, dashboards, alerts, and integrations are unlimited on every plan. We don't believe in seat-tax pricing that disincentivizes giving your whole team access to the platform.
Can I start with one module and add more later?
Yes. Many customers begin with one or two pillars — most commonly NPM and Infrastructure — and roll out additional modules across quarters. Adding a module is a contract amendment, not a new procurement cycle.
What's included in support?
All deployments include standard support, 8am–6pm PST, Monday through Friday. Extended-hours and 24×7 support are available as upgrades, along with a dedicated Customer Success Engineer, architectural reviews, and root-cause analysis. See our support and SLA framework for details.
Do you offer on-prem deployments?
Yes. Ceburu supports cloud, single-tenant, on-prem, and hybrid deployments. On-prem is common for healthcare, financial services, and customers in regulated environments.
How are renewal terms structured?
Standard contracts are annual with multi-year discounts available.
